The choice of the right pre-treatment method depends above all on the nature of the workpiece. There are two useful forms of treatment in the so-called pickling and phosphating phases:
Generally, the spraying process is used for surface pre-treatment during pickling or phosphating. The corresponding liquids for pre-treatment are applied with the help of spray nozzles.
The pre-treatment of large parts with internal or hollow spaces is usually carried out in the pickling and phosphating phase using the immersion process. In this way, the interior areas can also be reached and treated accordingly.
A few main areas of dip treatment are for example automotive parts, agricultural machinery, household appliances, metal furniture, construction machinery and welded structures.
