PERI Pave production pallets are engineered for concrete block and heavy concrete product manufacturing. The latest generation combines a wear-resistant polypropylene coating with a multiplex hardwood core to deliver uniform vibration behaviour, high load-bearing capacity and low net weight. An integrated release effect in the coating reduces concrete and stone residue accumulation, improving uptime in continuous production environments.

Maintenance & repair

• Regular cleaning and care extend service life; the integrated coating reduces cleaning effort and adhesion of residues.
• Use brushes with plastic bristles to remove concrete and acrylic residues quickly and thoroughly.
• Minor mechanical damage to the panel surface can be repaired on site with the PERI Pave repair kit.
