Periplast laboratory mixer is suitable for mixing PVC, powder coatings, masterbatch and pigments, thermoplastic rubbers, wood plastic composites (WPC) and offers high reproducibility of the process environment in the production facility in order to provide essential data to improve productivity and quality. It allows mixing and cooling in the unit itself as the double wall allows water to circulate. Alternatively, by adding a cooler to the mixer, you can achieve a combination of heating and cooling similar to that of an industrial mixer. All the internal surfaces in contact with the products in the mixer are made of 316L stainless steel (standard solution) with mirror-polished internal surfaces, including the hinged lid. The use of 316L stainless steel guarantees a durability of more than 10 years in very intensive use. The mirror treatment reduces friction and increases ease of cleaning. To ensure the protection of users when operating the mixer, there is a safety switch to ensure that it is done safely. The inspection window, respirator connection with filter sleeve and product inlet area can be found in the hinged lid sealed with silicone rubber. Two stainless steel probes insulated from the container with Teflon coatings and positioned on the side allow the temperature to be displayed in real time on the control panel. The mixing blades are made of 316L stainless steel coated with tungsten carbonate and individually calibrated, guaranteeing excellent balance and dynamic precision. For replacement, there is a quick-release nut with a special key that allows all the mixing blades to be changed easily.
