Visual RF is an electronic automatic outfeed length stop designed to be coupled with a cut-off machine. It provides precise, repeatable positioning of PVC and aluminium profiles or bars at the machine outfeed, enabling automated cutting workflows and accurate part lengths.

The profile support is built from robust aluminium extrusions that integrate the sliding rail for the carriage. Stop positioning is performed by a stepper motor integrated into the carriage and managed by an electronic control unit. A magnetic strip measurement system delivers 0.1 mm positioning accuracy. The work table width is 220 mm and the unit is available in table lengths of 3 m, 4 m, 5 m and 6 m.
