The AS70 is a three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner designed for direct extraction on production machines. Powerful and robust, it perfectly adapts to intensive industrial environments thanks to its three-phase side channel blower 400V – 5.5 kW, capable of continuous operation 24/7 with minimal maintenance.

One of the main strengths of this device is its vertical discharge system: the vacuumed materials are collected from the top of the vacuum cleaner and stored in a large capacity nylon bag (210 liters). This system prevents clogging of the suction inlet and allows smooth accumulation of materials. The bag is lightweight, easily removable, and equipped with a transparent control window, ensuring ergonomic and quick emptying.

The primary nylon filter (class L – IEC 60335-2-69) ensures effective capture of light dust, while facilitating cleaning and replacement. With an air flow rate of 530 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 3,600 mmH₂O, the AS70 offers powerful suction suitable for bulky waste and fine dust.

Compact for its category and mobile thanks to its industrial-grade wheels, it maintains a low noise level of 71 dB(A), making it suitable for use near operators without disrupting the work environment. Its robust epoxy-painted steel construction ensures maximum longevity.
