Product Description
The TAP2500 is an ATEX II 3D certified industrial dust extraction table, specifically designed for direct capture of fine dust at the source during sanding, grinding, polishing, or any other work producing airborne particles. Its open and ergonomic design allows the operator to work comfortably while benefiting from a downward airflow that captures dust before it disperses into the environment.

The extraction system, equipped with a maintenance-free 3 kW motor suitable for continuous 24/7 use, generates an airflow of 6,120 m³/h. This flow is directed towards the perforated surface of the table, creating a controlled depression that ensures uniform and efficient suction across the entire work area.

The integrated filtration relies on two M category filter cartridges (1 μm, antistatic) offering a total filtering surface of 37 m². A compressed air jet cleaning system allows for cartridge cleaning without interruption, ensuring consistent performance. An air outlet filter panel completes the device to guarantee clean discharged air.

Collected dust is stored in two recovery drawers with a total capacity of 125 liters, easily accessible for quick and safe emptying. The galvanized steel structure gives the TAP2500 robustness suitable for demanding industrial environments, ensuring maximum longevity and minimal maintenance.
