Detailed technical descriptionThe DG BLAST INVERTER is a three-phase vacuum unit developed for environments with heavy dry dust generated by blasting, shot blasting and stripping operations. The suction unit is based on an 8.6 kW side-channel blower, designed to be quiet and maintenance-free. It can deliver a maximum vacuum of 3 200 mmH2O, maintained at 2 700 mmH2O during continuous operation, with an airflow up to 840 m3/h. The motor is IP65 rated and fitted with an integrated safety valve for optimal cooling and overload protection.
Primary filtration is provided by an antistatic polyester pocket filter (M class) treated with PTFE, offering a total filter surface of 30,000 cm² to retain fine, abrasive or conductive dust from shot blasting and stripping. The system includes a manual shaker handle to preserve suction performance and extend filter life. Optionally, a HEPA H14 absolute filter (52,000 cm²) can be fitted for hazardous dust contexts or strict regulatory requirements, providing 99.995% filtration efficiency.
The collection bin has a 50 L capacity, is removable for safe handling and includes integrated forklift pockets for quick, contact-free emptying. The assembly is mounted on an epoxy-painted steel chassis, ensuring structural strength and optimal mobility on site.
