Optimized sorting for reliable packaging
Installed upstream of the blister machine, the iSort automatically removes undersized tablets and fragments before they reach the feeder. This prevents jams and reduces downtime, ensuring consistent operation of the packaging line.

Fully enclosed, flexible integration
A dedicated lifting system feeds tablets to the blister hopper at the required height within a dust-tight enclosed design that preserves a clean production environment. The sorter can be coupled with a tablet deduster for a complete, connected handling solution and can be integrated directly into compact packaging lines.

Fast changeover and simple operation
Product settings are stored in the HMI to ensure repeatability and rapid automated changeovers. Only one format part is required to adapt to various tablet sizes and shapes; the tool-free design simplifies assembly, cleaning and maintenance. With a deduster and Flex Connect the system can be supplied in containment levels up to OEB4.
