Overview
The CU-120 provides real-time Content Uniformity analysis and can reject 100% of non-compliant tablets inline. Each tablet is inspected by a multipoint NIR-SRS (Near-Infrared Spatially Resolved Spectroscopy) probe to predict API concentration, while a 3D microwave resonator performs contactless individual weight measurement, enabling non-destructive high-throughput monitoring.

Real-time control and reporting
By combining NIR-SRS spectroscopy and microwave weighing, the CU-120 delivers Content Uniformity results in real time and can trigger inline rejection of non-compliant units. Results are processed by high-speed processors and logged in CFR 21 Part 11-compliant software. The HMI supports guided operation and data export via USB or system integration through OPC UA.

Built for production environments and R&D labs, the CU-120 features fast format changeovers, low maintenance, high configurability, CE certification and a complete documentation package.
