Description

PHT Vertex Precision’s planetary gear reducers offer high torque and rigidity, employing a straight gear in place of a helical gear for more efficient operation. Its precise and low backlash is enabled by a pre-run procedure for meshing gears inside. The reducers also easily dispense heat, with an outside shell entirely (DH series) or partially made of aluminum (DH series). Its general lead time is about 3 to 10 working days. Torsional stiffness is 48 Nm / Arcmin, while blacklash is less than or equal to 6 Arcmin (1 stage). Its rated output torque is 520 Nm, while the maximum output torque is Tn X 3 Nm.
