Combybar T12-U18 Picchi is a high-productivity CNC multispindle bar machining center designed for efficient machining of long, thin and complex-section bars. The machine integrates independent spindle tooling, an integrated bar loader and a Direct-Drive rotary table to deliver short cycle times and high process repeatability.

Hydrostatic support and thermal regulation
Optional hydrostatic bearings enable the use of PCD or natural diamond tools for light alloy machining. Integrated temperature probes monitor ambient and machine internal temperatures to control thermal regulation and improve dimensional stability.

Quick setup and construction solutions
Fast retooling options allow a production island to be re-equipped in approximately 5 to 60 minutes. New HP High Performance Low Maintenance units deliver high rigidity and simplified maintenance while the Direct-Drive table reduces cycle times for complex geometries.
