Description

Overview Chrono R4 is an automated loading/unloading cell designed to perform quality control of parts, minimizing human intervention and improving production efficiency.

Production cell with “grounded” robot equipped with vision system and loading and unloading belts

Feeding and unloading on belt;
Phases assisted by vision system.

Elements common to all systems

Single operator panel for management of Chrono, Robot and Vision System (if present);
Dedicated cycles: Sampling, Filling, Emptying;
Cycle management with several phases (e.g. OP10 - OP20);
Cycles for positioning the loading station to improve robot accessibility;
Washing cycles synchronized with robot movements;
Piece locking control with volumetric and/or Pel system.
