Description

Overview Chrono R4 is an automated loading/unloading cell designed to perform quality control of parts, minimizing human intervention and improving production efficiency.

Production cell with “grounded” robot equipped with vision system and loading and unloading belts
  • Feeding and unloading on belt;
  • Phases assisted by vision system.


Elements common to all systems
  • Single operator panel for management of Chrono, Robot and Vision System (if present);
  • Dedicated cycles: Sampling, Filling, Emptying;
  • Cycle management with several phases (e.g. OP10 - OP20);
  • Cycles for positioning the loading station to improve robot accessibility;
  • Washing cycles synchronized with robot movements;
  • Piece locking control with volumetric and/or Pel system.
