The new malaxing modules are completely made of stainless steel, with a hollow space for hot water circulation. Each module has an inspection dome, made of shatter-proof, non-fogging glass with safety blockage device, and a new LED system for easy inside inspection. The single basin is preset to operate under different temperatures and speeds, equipped with level and temperature sensors and with a stainless steel automatic butterfly valve for paste discharging. Each module is equipped with a timed washing system which can be operated upon request or after every batch process.
