PCB depaneling machine SMA-10 series

The SMA-10DL is a machine designed to separate Printed Circuit Boards previously scored equipped with 4 blades. It can work on CEM, FR4 and also on Aluminium substrates (MCPCB). Thanks to its unique design, the SMA-10DL can depanel both short and long boards bare or populated. In this last case, the maximum component height cannot exceed 32 mm. The alignment system allows three degrees of adjustment: the first adjustment is the height of the workbench in relation to the cutting tool and can be made using the special knob. The second adjustment is made using a guide that allows to easily align the scoring on the blade. The guide can be easily adjusted to compensate for different scoring depths. The third adjustment is a mechanical reference, placed on the back and lockable with 2 knobs, which guarantees the correct positioning of the panel. The SMA-10L is a machine specifically designed to separate pre-scored printed circuit boards, equipped with 2 blades. For FR4 or CEM.
