Industrial Micronisers are equipment that work at high speeds to generate a high degree of agitation and in this way achieve a totally homogeneous emulsion between liquids and solids, where the finished product has a fine particle size of no more than 1 micron and is free of air. APPLICATIONS The bottom microniser itself is an agitator placed in the lower part of the tanks or reactors, positioned vertically or slightly inclined, remaining slightly off-centre so as not to hinder the emptying of the product. SECTORS Chemical, Petrochemical, Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Cosmetics INSTALLATION They are installed on the lower flange (DIN, ASA, or special) of the tank or reactor.
