The hydraulic disc filter is used for thè purification of exhaust gases from boilers and furnaces, synthetic gases, environmental air, etc. The discs turn on their own and have a variable speed, and when water or oil falls on them, a circular network forms to circuiate thè fumes or gases, which pass through thè network and are purified while eliminating all thè particulate that are carried with them and all acid molecules, including HCL and H2S04. The particulate is segregated as sludge in a special space while thè acids are removed with basic dusts and using electrolytic equipment. FEATURES The purification plant is made of a series of micro-welded rotating discs. The system is used for thè cleaning and purification of emissions from boilers, furnaces and driers, and for ambient air purification. The plant consists of a metal tower on which is positioned a tank containing water or oil, depending on thè required use. The tower contains a rotating shaft of discs, which is where thè fumes/gases to be purified enter, performing an 180° turn, separating most of thè particulate into a special compartment. The flow then enters thè disk area, where a hydraulic pump circulates water or oil through thè manifold, directly onto thè rotating disks, thè centrifugai effect of which creates a hydraulic network that creates a collision against thè walls of thè tower. The hydraulic threads formed by thè centrifuge created by thè discs travel at a speed of 70/100 ml/second. In this way, despite their speed, no particles channelled by thè flow can escape capture in thè hydraulic network.
