Whether in intralogistics, industrial production or other predominantly automated supply chains – without continuous object identification, efficient process control is either rendered completely impossible or only possible with a great deal of additional expense. It is therefore imperative that barcode labels do not get lost or damaged, while simultaneously providing a permanent high-contrast printed image. OnMould barcode labels fulfill all the demands of object labeling as regards durability, weather resistance, toughness and machine legibility. Optionally integrable tamper protection also guarantees excellent counterfeit protection, particularly when it comes to high-grade goods.
Designed for longevity, even when under high stresses
One single application for long-term identification is what the user wishes for when applying permanent labels to boxes, containers, pallets, storage positions and logistics assets.
OnMould barcode labels are designed with precisely this in mind. They are made of a sturdy polyester basic laminate with a wash-proof and UV-resistant layer of print applied to the upper surface, thus making it possible to permanently provide a high-contrast and, at the same time, individual surface design with barcodes, numbers, figures, characters and logos.
The underside of the labels is coated with a synthetic, permanently adhering hybrid adhesive with a high peel adhesion strength – 20 N at 25 mm on stainless steel, which reliably ensures that the label remains on the object permanently – even on high and low-energy surfaces such as glass, PP (polypropylene), PB (polyethylene) or ABS.
