Description

Rectifiers for traction substations 600...3300 V The latest achievements of world technology are applied during development and manufacturing of Pluton reliable rectifiers, basing on our long experience in electrical industry. This applies both to design of the cabinet and converter power part, as well as rectifier software, protection, diagnostics and control systems, electrical installation, maintenance and repair technology. Main features: •production of fixed and withdrawable rectifiers to meet any Customer requirements; •rectifiers are manufactured with three-phase 12-pulse and 6-pulse "bridge" rectification circuits and three-phase 6-pulse "zero" rectification circuit; •there are two versions of rectifier: "diode-diode" circuit or "diode-fuse" circuit; •due to wide range of parameters, rectifiers can be applied for all types of traction networks with the following standard output voltages: 600, 750, 825, 1500, 1650, 3000, 3300 V and rectified currents: 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3150, 4000, 5000 A; •as a rule, we supply rectifier with Resibloc® dry transformer. We also can supply Resiglas transformers, as well as other cast resin transformers; •rectifiers were successfully type-tested in test center IPH Institut (Berlin, Germany) and meet requirements of EN 50328 and IEC 60146-1-1 standards. Compact design and ergonomics High performance and reliability Serviceability and safety Service life — 30 years Modern protection, diagnostics and control system
