A unique laminate of special formulated Hypalon backing and a flame retardant Mastic possesing an extremely abrasion resistance as well as an excellent moisture exclusion properties. Designed for repairing and splicing trailing cables and conduit. The laminate is easy to apply and remains flexible at low temperatures. MSHA approval printed.
