The Hose Reel on Rail allows for sharing the extraction hose between multiply bays. When not in use the exhaust hose reel can be easily positioned in a non-working zone. How does the hose reel on rail work? The Hose Reel on Rail consists of a trolley, the supreme FluxVent crab and a Hose Reel. Together they can move along the rail to the desired location. The hose with the nozzle that is connected to the hose reel, can be lowered and then connected to the vehicle. This way your staff is protected against the hazardous vehicle exhaust. The trolley opens the rubber seal in the extraction rail and extracts the exhaust gasses. The fan extracts the vehicle exhaust via the nozzle, hose and the trolley into the rail, and then to a filter or vented out. The fan is mounted remotely.
