Description
Filling line, aluminum seal application and capping line for cosmetic creams, in plastic jars of 40 to 750ml.
Solution composed by :
* monoblock with dosing station with two nozzles and sealing station; the system consists of a rotating star, 1 for each format change;
* capping station, with product stop system suitable for each format change, designed ad hoc for this type of containers.
System management via PLC and touch screen panel.
Industrial labelling machine installed in line for the application of front/back, wraparound and top labels.
Production: 2000 pcs/h. for 750ml containers.
