The new PMR MFC22 Monoblock is the ideal solution for filling liquid, semi-dense and dense products in plastic and/or glass containers, with screw or twist-off caps. The plant, structured in AISI304 and equipped with a passing conveyor belt and positioning star, is meant to be a compact platform on which it is possible to install the most suitable dosing system for the characteristics of the product to be packaged. In fact it can accommodate: • Volumetric dosers (pneumatic or motorized) for liquid products or fluid creams (with ranges ranging from 0/38ml at 50/1400ml); • Magnetic or Mass Flowmeters for liquid products or fluid creams (range from 30ml to 2000ml); • Impeller pumps (open or closed) for liquid products (from 30ml to 2000ml); • Gear or lobe pumps for thick and very thick products (from 50ml to 2000ml); • Peristaltic pumps for Parapharmaceutical productions (range from 2ml to 1000ml); • For capping, the monobloc can be equipped with: • Pneumatic capper; • Mechanical capper with magnetic clutch; • Brushless capper; • Total Brushless capper. The positioning of the cap is automatic, with a monoformat loader/orientator, and can take place "by tear" or with Pick&Place, according to the characteristics of the cap itself. The Control Panel is equipped with an easy-to-read touch-screen, through which it is possible to carry out any adjustment and precise and fast format changes. Very competitive quality/price ratio.
