Enrobing machine is designed for glazing various products in the process of confectionery production. Enrobing machine allows for the production of the following products: • Glazed cookies • Glazed candies • Glazed bars and other types of products. Enrobing machine enables the coating of products with confectionery glaze, chocolate, and yogurt glaze. It allows for obtaining a glazed product and adjusting the thickness of the coating layer. Enrobing machine seamlessly integrates into confectionery production lines. Enrobing machine can work with both confectionery glaze (compound) and natural chocolate. Additionally, enrobing machine can be equipped with a complex for the production of confectionery glaze, chocolate, and a tempering machine if needed. The model range includes machines with ribbon widths ranging from 420 mm to 1520 mm. The enrobing machine is equipped with touch screen control panel and is capable to store up to 100 recipes in the machine memory. Completely stainless steel design guaranties the compliance of the enrobing machine with hygiene standards. Features of the enrobing machine: • Upper glazing system with two curtains adjustable in height. • Rotating drum equipped with a scraper and a wave level adjustment mechanism for bottom glazing of the product; • High-performance blowing fan with height and direction adjustment for product air blowing. The fan is integrated into the upper part of the machine. • Vibrating station with pneumatic drive and adjustable frequency and amplitude of vibration.• • Smoothing, heated roller with a scraper. • High-speed tail with heating and height adjustment equipped with a reversible function.
