Carton Flow is a gravity-operated, high-density roller flow racking system designed for dynamic picking and storage of unpalletized load units (boxes, totes). It supports manual loading and can be configured for FIFO (first-in, first-out) or LIFO (last-in, first-out) operation.

Operation and applications

• Suitable for boxes and containers of various sizes and materials.
• Configurable FIFO or LIFO flow: FIFO installations load at the higher end and discharge at the opposite end; LIFO installations load and unload at the same end.
• Optimises order preparation by increasing the number of pick lines and reducing operator travel distances.
• Space-efficient layouts: FIFO requires one entry aisle and one exit aisle; LIFO can operate with a single entry/exit aisle.

Accessories

• Continuous guide: prevents boxes from drifting into adjacent lanes during flow or picking.
• Entry guide: assists operators to load boxes into the correct lane.

Gravity roller conveyor

• Loads are placed on inclined receiving lanes and move downwards under gravity, regulated by roller assemblies toward the dispatch and picking position.
• The load is introduced at one end and exits at the opposite side in FIFO; in LIFO both actions occur at the same end.
