Cantilever racking are specially designed for the storage of long and bulky loads such as profiles, tubes, boards, plates and coils. They provide direct access to all stored goods and can be adapted to different operational and layout requirements.

Features

• Direct access to stored goods, typically handled with frontal forklifts or four-way trucks for efficient classification and handling.
• Load levels easily adjustable — adjustment pitch every 76 mm.
• Configurable as single-sided or double-sided blocks to suit warehouse layout and aisle widths.
• Adaptable for other load types by installing horizontal frames, steel gratings or chipboard decking on the arms to create pallet-supporting shelves.

Safety elements

• Side frame protection with guard rail to protect uprights from accidental truck impacts.
• Side frame protection with timber beam to absorb shocks and reduce damage at aisle ends.

Finishes and environmental protection

• Available finishes: painted or galvanised.
• For outdoor installations, hot-dip galvanised finish is recommended to improve corrosion resistance; structures can also be clad or roofed and fitted with covers to protect goods from humidity and weather.
