Description

Near infrared (NIR) process spectrometer for in-line, real-time monitoring of continuous processes and batch production in food manufacturing, agricultural goods processing, and consumer goods production. The PAS spectrometer enables direct measurement in pipelines, outputs, hoppers, reactors, and above conveyor belts. With up to six fiber-coupled probes, liquid, solid or paste samples are analyzed non-destructively and directly in the production area. Continuous process monitoring helps reduce production variability, reduce overproduction or waste, save energy and raw materials in production, and optimize production processes. Features: Inline real-time measurement, qualitative & quantitative analysis, multi-component analysis, non-destructive analysis, no sample preparation, integrated 6-port multiplexer, fiber-coupled probes, rugged design, industry-standard Ethernet interface and communication protocols, user-friendly software.
