Overview
RT-2016/2016E G3-R4 is an all-in-one POS terminal with a 15.6" true-flat PCAP multi-touch display, fanless architecture and rear cable management. It is powered by an Intel® N150 (Twin Lake) processor and supports DDR4 memory up to 32 GB. The rear I/O cover is removable for service access and the system supports a customer-facing line display or a second display.

Design and cable management
The unit has an ultra-slim profile and a linear rear cover that conceals ports and cables. No visible exterior screws provide a clean installation footprint.

Serviceability and installation
The rear I/O cover can be removed without tools to accelerate installation and field service. The standard base accepts optional Powered USB or USB extension modules; an optional base can house an RB-5000 UPS for backup power.

Performance and configuration
Supports Intel® N150 processor, DDR4 memory and dual M.2 2280 storage (one port supports SATA and PCIe). TPM 2.0 (Intel PTT) is available and the platform supports Windows 11 IoT LTSC. Power supply variants: RT-2016E uses 12V/150W; RT-2016 uses 12V/60W.
