POWDER DS supplies tailored storage solutions for granulated and powdered products. The offering comprises two principal silo families engineered to customer specifications and site constraints: the Trevira fabric ST Series and the stainless steel SM Series. Applications include food processing (bakery, confectionery, pasta), additives and dry bulk handling.
Types
Operation
POWDER DS conducts a project study to recommend the optimal storage, dosing and conveying configuration based on product characteristics, installation location (indoor/outdoor), climatic conditions and required extraction/conveying methods. Configurations support multiple loading and unloading systems, integration with production lines and protective measures to prevent product degradation. An optional weighing control system can be fitted.
Trevira Fabric Silos (ST Series)
The ST Series uses Trevira fabric, a porous, antistatic and highly durable textile that typically eliminates the need for a separating filter. These silos are designed for indoor installations and rest on a modular metal tube support frame that simplifies assembly and on-site modifications.
Stainless Steel Silos (SM Series)
SM Series silos are fabricated in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel and can be supplied in any size to meet process requirements. Certified for food-industry use, they are suitable for indoor or outdoor installation and can be supplied with partial or full thermal insulation when required.
