LASERDYNE® 795 fulfills the wide range of manufacturing laser processing needs for the Aerospace, Automotive, Turbine Engine, and General Manufacturing markets. The features and capabilities of this system reflect customer's requirements, flexibility, and accuracy with laser processing technology. With a complete integration of the machine, laser, and process sensing, the LASERDYNE® S94P controller provides complete real-time control of the process. This yields unprecedented control, repeatability, and quality from the laser process. The LASERDYNE® 795 is available with CW (up to 6000 W) and QCW (up to 23,000 W) fiber lasers and is easily integrated into a wide variety of automation equipment, making the LASERDYNE® 795 a very productive system. Energy-efficient laser sources, low operating costs, and minimal maintenance. Proven long lifetime performance for lowest capital cost amortization. The LASERDYNE® 795, a true 5-axis motion system, is designed to weld, drill, and cut medium to large 3D parts with a unique moving beam motion system, called the BeamDirector®. The BeamDirector® provides access to the most difficult part geometries and is constructed for high-speed operation without compromising mechanical accuracy, it is the first and only standard-built multi-axis laser system to guarantee volumetric accuracy.
