Overview
The ultrasonic cleaning unit comprises a stainless steel tank and a flat stainless steel basket to hold accessories for cleaning. Ultrasonic waves produced by the generator are transmitted through the cleaning liquid and create cavitation energy that accelerates removal of contaminants. Slight heating of the cleaning liquid increases chemical action and improves cleaning efficiency. The process effectively cleans accessories regardless of ink type (one- or two-component) or ink drying time. After ultrasonic treatment, rinse accessories with pure water.

Treatment time depends on contamination level and type. The ultrasonic process uses cavitation in the cleaning liquid to dislodge residues from ink cups and pad-printing accessories. Adjust temperature and cycle time based on residue type; rinse parts with pure water after cleaning.
