Description

Product description
This transport case is designed for fast, accurate trace oxygen and dew point analysis. The instrument measures dew points from -100°C to +20°C and oxygen from 0–10,000 ppm simultaneously. Simple menu navigation, a membrane keypad and a large LED display enable quick commissioning. An aluminium transport case protects the instruments during transport.

Features
A user-programmable measuring range: the user has a measuring range of 0–10,000 ppm for oxygen and -100°C to +20°C for dew point, freely programmable. Available data outputs and data logger: 4–20 mA DC outputs for oxygen concentration and dew point are provided via plug connections. An RS-232 interface is available for the data logger; up to 10,000 values can be stored at adjustable intervals. Long-life sensor: the Oxymaster uses a special fuel cell to measure trace oxygen in the sample gas. For dew point measurement an aluminium oxide (Al2O3) sensor is used, which is very low-maintenance. Calibration: calibration of the instrument for the trace range should be performed using a calibration gas, which can be chosen freely within the measuring range. Customer requirements: the internal tubing of the case can be adapted to your specifications and operating conditions.

Advantages
  • Compact, economical instrument in split configuration (sensor separated from electronics)
  • Long-life sensor
  • No range switching required
  • Error messages displayed in clear text on the display (e.g.: calibration not OK, replace cell)

Cell housing
  • Cell housings are modular and made of stainless steel
  • If a cell block is defective it does not need to be replaced as a whole

Applications
  • Semiconductor industry
  • Gas manufacturers
  • Metal industry
  • Chemical industry
