The PROCECO RDB-700 is a robotic cleaning and deburring system made to remove burns, chips and non-parent material from medium-sized, complex machined components. The articulating robot will program to deburr all the machine holes, intersections and cavities of a workpiece mounted on a fixture. It is done by utilizing the high-pressure rotary water jets. The lance nozzles sprays a pressurized water-based solution for cleaning, deburring and flushing in one operation. Afterwards, the air is directed to the lance nozzle and the robot will pass over the machined areas, removing excess solution from the part.
