Description

Designed for extracting magnetic impurities and accidental metal objects (screws, nuts, etc.) automatically from bulk materials transported by the conveyor belt. Supplied to enterprises of the following industries: - heat network; - fuel industry; - ferrous metallurgy; - non-ferrous metallurgy; - chemical industry; - glass, porcelain and faience industry; - textile industry; - food industry; - recycling of industrial and domestic wastes. Principle of operation Product is fed into a zone of a magnetic field when transported by belt conveyor. Ferromagnetic impurities are attracted to the working surface of the slide damper of the separator under action of the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnets. Ferromagnetic impurities are transported by the belt in the non-magnetic zone where they are falled down a special container under the force of gravity. Design features of the separator - Mounted above the conveyor belt at a distance of 100-350 mm, depending on the height of the layer of material to be processed. - Automatic cleaning of the separator. - Mounted above the belt conveyor, vibrating chute, gravity chute. - Designed with use of both ferrite and modern high-energy neodymium magnets (Nd-Fe-B). - No need for electricity to generate the magnetic field. - Stable magnetic quality and ease of use.
