Designed for high-performance dry magnetic separation of fine-grained ore and non-metallic minerals (ilmenite, zircon, garnet, quartz sand, pegmatite, feldspar, abrasives, refractories, etc.). Principle of operation: The material is fed into the separation zone, where it is distributed in a thin layer on the surface of a rotating magnetic roller. Under the influence of a strong magnetic field, magnetic particles are attracted to the roller and are carried away from the non-magnetic fraction, which is removed by gravity. The separated magnetic fraction is then discharged from the roller by a scraper. Design features of the separator: - High-intensity neodymium magnets are used in the construction of the magnetic system, which ensures a high level of magnetic induction on the surface of the roller. - The separator is equipped with a frequency converter for smooth adjustment of the roller rotation speed. - The design provides for the possibility of adjusting the position of the separating partition and the angle of inclination of the feeder, which allows optimizing the separation process for different types of materials. - The separator is manufactured in various modifications, which differ in the width and diameter of the magnetic roller, as well as in the productivity and configuration of the separation zone.
