Description

Designed for magnetic benefication of oxidized iron and other ores for the purpose of: - removing of tailings from the process of magnetic flotation enrichment. - obtaining of the sintering ore. Supplied to enterprises of extracting and enrichment raw material for ferrous metallurgy. Application industries: - Ferrous metallurgy - Mining and beneficiation of ore raw materials Principle of operation: The complex consists of two magnetic separators arranged in series. The first separator removes coarse magnetic particles, while the second separator removes fine magnetic particles. This ensures a high degree of purification of the ore from magnetic impurities. Design features of the separator: - Two-stage magnetic separation process - High efficiency in removing both coarse and fine magnetic particles - Suitable for processing oxidized iron ores and other similar materials More: The complex is designed for use in industrial enterprises involved in the extraction and enrichment of raw materials for ferrous metallurgy, providing efficient removal of magnetic impurities and improving the quality of the final product. Technical characteristics / specifications: - Product type: Complex of magnetic separators - Stages: Two (BS+BS (RS)) - Application: Magnetic benefication of oxidized iron and other ores - Industries: Ferrous metallurgy, mining
