Principle of operation:
The separator is installed at the discharge end of the conveyor belt instead of the drive or tension drum. The magnetic system inside the drum creates a powerful magnetic field, which attracts and holds ferromagnetic impurities from the material flow. As the drum rotates, the impurities are carried away from the magnetic field and discharged separately from the main material flow.
