Description

Especially difficult to feed; The preferred wobbler feeders when it comes to wet, muddy and sticky materials guarantee maximum plant efficiency by avoiding feeding problems caused by sludge blockages. The Wobbler Feeder is a life-saving product especially for feeding damp and sticky material. Material containing high humidity coming from the furnace is easily fed to the primary crusher. With the synchronized rotation of the self-cleaning elliptical discs, compression and friction forces are applied to the moisture and sticky muddy particles on the material and they are separated from the coarse material. It falls into the lower chute through the gap between the rollers, which was determined during the design. Depending on the situation, the bottom chute material can be given to the primary outlet or it can be taken as by-pass material with a different conveyor. Thus, fine materials, mud particles and waste materials that are not wanted to enter the crusher are removed from the primary crushing process. The Wobbler Feeder is used in the primary stage of the crushing and screening process. Therefore, the body structure is designed to be very strong, rigid and highly resistant. The body side sheets that will come into direct contact with the fed material are manufactured as twisted and covered with hardox sheet against abrasion. Body side sheets are connected to each other from the bottom where there is no material flow and its rigidity is ensured. Rolls can be manufactured as casting or welded according to customer preference.
