Description
Semi-automatic mono-station stud welding. Welding of the stud (goujon) is through linear capacitor discharge CDW (capacitor discharge welding).
The PT101 is composed by milling unit to remove the coating from the surface of the cookware and a semi-automatic welding unit.
The goujon is manually positioned into the welding head by the operator. The machine has also a rotating support system that turns the piece at 180° after the first welding and allows the welding of the second goujon. This is used for cookware with two handles.
