Automatic two station stud welding machine Welding. Welding of the stud (goujon) is through linear capacitor discharge CDW (capacitor discharge welding). The PT102 has one station for milling, that removes the coating from the surface of the cookware. The second station is the welding head that welds the goujon on the surface of the cookware. The goujon is automatically positioned into the welding head by the goujon feeding unit. The machine has also a rotating support system that turns the piece at 180° after the first welding and allows the welding of the second goujon. This is used for cookware with two handles.
