Overhead conveyor washing tunnel PTN-TL1

The washing tunnel with either conveyor belt or overhead conveyor systems. The tunnels are constructed in a number of sections and foresee various phases of a chemical treatment, rinsing, drying and cooling. They are suitable for metal treatment works such as light etching, degreasing, acid picking and alkaline etching and pre-treatment before coating. Our washing devices are managed by means of a tap water and an operative panel and they also allow temperature regulated treatments and demineralising rinses; they are equipped with an automatic dosing systems and allow fulfilling of personalized and automated productions based on the planned formula.
