Promeco PDS screen is equipped with hexagonal shaped discs made of several parallel rollers installed on a holding structure and powered by motor and movement’s transmission devices. The PEV screen is the wrapping prevention screen whose rollers are made of a shaft on which discs and idle pipes are fixed. Every idle pipe is equipped with a rod linked to a horizontal bar that is connected to the screen’s structure: this prevents the complete rotation of the idle pipes and the twisting of the material on the discs. All shafts are equipped with a quick release mechanism and a diverter that allows to lengthen or shorten the screening surface optimizing the screening. CAPACITY From 20 to 150 mc / h The screening capacity depends on the material, the screening section and the granulometry of the material to be processed.
