Description
Promeco Organic Separator is a centrifuge that separates the OFMSW from contaminants.
A special screw conveys the feedstock inside a holed drum that rotates at a very high speed.
The centrifugal force compacts the material that is moved forward by a screw, then it is pushed against the drum and gets out from its holes. The contaminants like plastics or metals are discharged from the drum’s back. Water addition, necessary to anaerobic digestion, makes the organic matter easier to be conveyed.
