Insertion of bushings from ø9 to ø25mm (others upon request), with thicknesses of 0.5 or 1mm. Insertion bottom-up (preferred) with the head mounted on the lower shoe, or top-down with the head mounted in the upper part of the die, with reusable heads. Insertion in 3 or 4 steps depending on the type of bushings. Complete solution with single or twin-bowl distribution kart for multi feeds + flexible feeder pipes + punches + detection and control. Rate: up to 50 strokes/min (depending on the bushing size and die parameters) and up to 4 bushings per stroke (with 1 system).
