Description

High Flow, High Accuracy Electronic Vacuum Regulators Vacuum ranges from 0 to 29.9 inches of mercury vacuum with flows of hundreds of SCFM can be achieved when a vacuum calibrated QB2 is used with an air piloted vacuum regulator. Vacuum regulators up to 4 inch flange are available. A DSVY external vacuum transducer is used for second loop feedback into the QB2. With this assembly, high accuracy high flow vacuum control can be achieved.
