Description

Presentation
Page presenting examples of equipment and completed implementations of test benches and specific tooling for aircraft operations: tyre inflation, leak testing, pressure control, cryogenics, hydraulic tests and temperature/pressure simulation. Applications cover civil and military fixed‑wing and rotary‑wing aircraft.

Project list
Series: VALISE NATO
  • Observations: Transport case consolidating tooling (fittings, adapters, extension, valve, hose, pressure reducer with gauge, gauge, hand pump) to perform inflation, leak testing and purging of aircraft hydraulic and/or pneumatic circuits. Separate compartment in case lid for flexible hoses. Composition depends on aircraft to be serviced.
  • Photos: examples of case, internal organisation and fittings.

Series: VALISE POIGNEE DE GONFLAGE AERONEF
  • Observations: Transport case containing components to inflate, adjust and deflate aircraft tyres for civil and military aircraft.
  • Photos: examples of tyre inflation kit and accessories.

Series: PRESSURE CONTROLLER
  • Observations: Devices for accurate control of aircraft tyre pressure. Multiple models and configurations available to match tyre types.
  • Photos: pressure controller units and panels.

Series: N2 or O2 BOOSTER
  • Observations: Boosters that optimise gas bottle usage by emptying bottles down to a residual pressure of 30 bar and boosting output up to 400 bar max. Several models for different flow and duty requirements.
  • Photos: booster units and bottle connections.

Series: N2/O2 TROLLEY
  • Observations: Mobile trolleys for pressure supplementation on runway or in workshop, accommodating one or two gas bottles. Control panel integrates filter, valves, gauges and hoses with whip‑check. Options: HP or LP panel, specific couplings, etc.
  • Photos: trolley layouts and control platines.

Series: O2 AERO HOSES AND COMPONENTS
  • Observations: Wide range of hoses, pressure reducers and fittings compatible with aircraft oxygen circuits. Numerous models and materials available.
  • Photos: sample hoses, connectors and reducers.

Series: DYNASTAT TORQUE LIMITER
  • Observations: Safety measuring device providing electrical cut‑off via micro contact in tension or compression. Micro‑switches adjustable up to 7500 daN across ranges. Designed to protect hollow‑shaft gearboxes; can be used as force limiter on winches, cranes, lifts, conveyors. Version available with ATEX contacts.
  • Documentation: technical datasheets available on request.

Series: CRYOGENICS EQUIPMENT
  • Observations: Manufactured to specification for siphons, sampling probes, phase separators, vacuum‑jacketed or insulated piping for cryogenic transfer with liquid nitrogen and liquid helium.
  • Photos: cryogenic piping and sample probes.

Series: ON-SITE TEST CASE
  • Observations: Tooling integrating a 200 bar HP bottle to enable on‑site valve (HP and LP) setting and gauge calibration using a class 0.1 reference gauge.
  • Photos: on‑site calibration case and reference gauge.

Series: KEROSENE TEMPERATURE GRADIENT TEST BENCH
  • Observations: Test bench simulating altitude‑related temperature and pressure variations to test engine kerosene circuits. PC controlled via Ethernet. Pressure generation 0–250 bar; temperature range −70 to +150 °C. Some components ATEX certified.
  • Photos: test bench layout and instrumentation.

Series: HYDRAULIC TEST BENCH, MANUAL OR PC‑CONTROLLED
  • Observations: Hydraulic test bench simulating pressure variations such as torpedo ejection. Control by PC (test scripts, data logging) or manual. Pressure generation 0–250 bar.
  • Photos: hydraulic bench and control interface.
