Plastic pellet hopper loader SOMOS®

The SOMOS 2-component conveyor is used by companies in the plastics, chemicals, rubber and recycling industries for the automatic charging of tanks, scales, mixers, dosing systems and processing machines with regrind and virgin material. Regrind is mixed without any specific accuracy; the percentage intake can be adjusted. The two material connections are opened in an alternating manner in order to suction the regrind and the virgin material into the conveying material container. In the process, alternating layers of virgin material and regrind are generated in the container that are mixed in the machine hopper upon transportation.
