Protem's PFM-HSB Pipe Facing Machines are commonly utilized for applications that involve repeatable bevels at extensive speeds. They may also be used for onshore and offshore operating sites in both the oil and gas fields of applications. These systems may be integrated with a wide range of tooling equipment, complete with carbide inserts, in order to comply with customer demands and application requirements. They feature high-quality structural designs. This enables them to face bevel and counterbore functions, either individual or simultaneous heavy wall pipes, complete with comprehensive levels of welding construction schemes. They may also be supplied with incorporated tracking carriages, dependent on application requirements. Their operating clamping ranges vary from 4" to 48". No heat-affected zones will be produced.
