Speed & Length Measurement
The SLRmini-i4 measures flat surface products in “roll to roll” or “cut to length” processes, such as paper, film, foil, gypsum board, textiles, roofing, sidings, wovens and non-wovens.
Non-contact, high accuracy measurement is ideal for drive control and for when length measurement is critical for product quality.
The SLRmini-i4 is bi-directional, with ‘zero speed’ capability and automatic direction detection.
The SLRmini-i4 connects easily to all standard control systems.

5 Vdc output or custom supply up to 25 Vdc. Max 1 MHz. Configurable to 6x single end pulse outputs; 1x differential quadrature output; 3x single end quadrature outputs; 3x differential outputs. Opto-isolated when using PSU-BOB or BT100.
5x logic inputs
3 Programmable Inputs: Zero Length, Speed Pause, Length Pause, Forward-Reverse. 2 Fixed inputs: Laser enable and Shutter enable. Max. input voltage: 30 Vdc.
3x logic outputs
Configurable to: Gauge OK; Gauge too hot; Good reading; Object detected; Preset length 1 / Batch length reached; Preset length 2 / Batch length reached; Gauge measuring speed.
