The energy-efficient, ATEX-certified agitator drive can be mounted directly using the PTM drilling pattern. With its high torque, the drive delivers a homogeneous stirring result even with highly viscous media, and over- or under-pressure applications can also be implemented without any problems. It is quiet, space-saving and extremely robust thanks to its purely mechanical design. Made of high-quality V4A stainless steel 1.4404, the drive is pharmaceutical and food compliant, acid and chemical resistant, sterilizable, IP68 waterproof and clean room classified according to DIN14644. As part of our soft-edge design, we avoid dirt corners and undercuts. The surfaces are electropolished to minimize germ adhesion. Instead of usual stickers, we label our stainless steel drives with hygienic laser engraving. This means they can be used without worry in all hygienically critical environments. The integrated, patented eco-Quick quick-change system enables the agitator shaft to be changed quickly with just one movement, without any tools. Note: The eco-Quick quick-change system can only be combined with eco-Quick agitator shafts.
