Abrasive water-jet cutting head

The main difference between the old cutting head and the new one consists in the way of its replacement. It is not necessary to replace the complete head now, just the cartridge. A unique proceeding applied to the construction of the new PTV head enables that the high pressure water jet can pass through the abrasive nozzle axe. Thanks to the fact that the coalescing plenum geometry has been changed, a higher suction power has been reached and also the cutting power has increased approximately by 15% in comparison with the IDE cutting head (Integrate Diamond Eductor). That is why we can expect a longer life span of abrasive nozzles too.
